TRXC Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Azmar Talib said the government’s recent announcement of support for the completion of TRX has boosted investors’ confidence and bolstered the company’s capacity to deliver all aspects of the development.

TRX City Sdn Bhd (“TRXC”) welcomes the Ministry of Finance’s support towards the completion of the Tun Razak Exchange development following the Finance Minister YB Lim Guan Eng’s announcement at a press conference earlier this afternoon. Part of Jalan Utara will be experiencing traffic flow diversion and partial closure in January. This is to enable the utility relocation works and the road upgrading works for the infrastructure construction of the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

The submission deadline for TRX Art Competition has been extended to 15th January 2018. Themed “Sustainable Kuala Lumpur”, the art competition is jointly organized by TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRX City) and the Department of Environment Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (DOE WPKL) Malaysia.

IJM Corporation Bhd (IJM) is developing an office tower at the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), the two parties jointly announced today. This follows a share sale and purchase agreement, signed today, which sees IJM acquiring 100% equity of Fairview Valley Sdn Bhd (FVSB), a subsidiary of TRX City Sdn Bhd that was building a 27-storey purpose-built commercial building. TRX City is the master developer of TRX.
