Part of Jalan Utara will be experiencing traffic flow diversion and partial closure in January. This is to enable the utility relocation works and the road upgrading works for the infrastructure construction of the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

The submission deadline for TRX Art Competition has been extended to 15th January 2018. Themed “Sustainable Kuala Lumpur”, the art competition is jointly organized by TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRX City) and the Department of Environment Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (DOE WPKL) Malaysia.

IJM Corporation Bhd (IJM) is developing an office tower at the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), the two parties jointly announced today. This follows a share sale and purchase agreement, signed today, which sees IJM acquiring 100% equity of Fairview Valley Sdn Bhd (FVSB), a subsidiary of TRX City Sdn Bhd that was building a 27-storey purpose-built commercial building. TRX City is the master developer of TRX.

Prudential will be relocating its headquarters to a 27-storey building in the upcoming Tun Razak Exchange, Malaysia’s first dedicated international financial district. Slated for opening by 2019, the building will house all of Prudential’s life insurance and asset management businesses in Malaysia under one roof.

HSBC and TRX City signed a sale-and-purchase agreement for the development of HSBC Malaysia’s future Headquarters at the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), marking the first phase of the land acquisition. The US$250 million investment for the future HSBC Malaysia TRX headquarters with a minimum office space of 568,000 square feet, makes HSBC the first foreign bank to invest in the TRX development.

The Prime Minister of Malaysia YAB Dato’ Seri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak visited the site of Tun Razak Exchange to receive progress updates on the development of Kuala Lumpur’s upcoming international financial district. The Prime Minister was accompanied by senior government officials including Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah, Secretary General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, as well as guests from the financial services sector.  

Sebahagian laluan di Bulatan Kampung Pandan akan mengalami beberapa gangguan aliran trafik/lencongan/penutupan jalan di salah satu arah seperti yang ditunjukkan di dalam lampiran peta. Gangguan aliran trafik/lencongan/penutupan jalan ini adalah berikutan kerja-kerja pengalihan utiliti dan menaik taraf jalan bagi projek pembinaan infrasturuktur di pembangunan Tun Razak Exchange (“TRX”).

Sebahagian laluan di Jalan Barat akan mengalami beberapa gangguan aliran trafik jalan iaitu di susur keluar  dari Jalan Barat ke Jalan Sultan Ismail seperti di dalam lampiran peta. Gangguan aliran trafik ini adalah berikutan kerja-kerja pengalihan utiliti dan menaik taraf jalan bagi projek pembinaan infrasturuktur di pembangunan Tun Razak Exchange (“TRX”).
