TRX City Sdn Bhd, the master developer of the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), announced today that it is awarding Gadang Engineering (M) Bhd a RM38.5 million contract to build a vehicular and pedestrian bridge that will connect its North and South parcels.

Parts of Jalan Barat will be experiencing traffic flow obstructions/diversions/closures as shown in the map. The traffic flow obstructions/diversions/closures are vital to make way for the infrastructure and road upgrading works for the TRX development.

TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRXC) and its partners and investors today marked the signing of the Common Estate Agreement (CEA) governing the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) financial district. The CEA involves TRXC, as the master developer of TRX, and all plot owners in the 70-acre development,  in ensuring the long-term asset maintenance, management and services provided for TRX’s infrastructure, public realms, and other common facilities.

Lendlease and TRX City Sdn Bhd today officially launched its joint venture development, The Exchange TRX, highlighting the project’s investment and construction progress. Formerly known as the Lifestyle Quarter, The Exchange TRX is the centrepiece of the upcoming 70-acre international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). 

Parts of Jalan Sultan Ismail (from Kampung Pandan Roundabout heading towards Bukit Bintang) will be experiencing traffic flow obstructions/diversions as shown in the map. The traffic flow obstructions/diversions are vital to make way for the road and drainage system upgrade and infrastructure works for TRX development.

TRX City Sdn Bhd, the master developer of the upcoming international financial district Tun Razak Exchange, announced today that it is awarding Gadang Engineering (M) Bhd a RM86.086 million contract for its public realm infrastructure work. The contract covers the structural work as well as hardscape and softscape for the North-West Plaza, which is TRX pedestrian entrance from Bukit Bintang, and the North East Plaza, also known as the Tun Razak Exchange MRT Plaza.

Parts of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Barat around Imbi will be experiencing several traffic flow obstructions/diversions to make way for the infrastructure works for Tun Razak Exchange (TRX). The affected routes, as shown in the maps, are the exit from Jalan Sultan Ismail towards Bulatan Kampung Pandan and Jalan Tun Razak (northbound), and parts of Jalan Barat (two lanes).

TRX City Sdn Bhd (“TRXC”) has lodged a police report on 22 June 2018 at Jalan Travers Police Station, Kuala Lumpur, on the transfers of TRXC’s funds to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (“1MDB”).
