TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRX City), the master developer of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), is inviting contractors to participate in a pre-qualification exercise for the proposed construction and completion of infrastructure, building, and public realm at Tun Razak Exchange.

Tun Razak Exchange has completed the roadworks surrounding Jalan Barat, and the traffic flow that was changed to facilitate these works will now be reinstated to its original state.

TRX City Sdn Bhd, the master developer of international financial district Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), announced today that it is awarding Willowglen (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd a RM19.3 million contract to deliver the TRX Integrated Management System (TiMS).

It has come to our attention that an entity soliciting investments has been misrepresenting and passing-off as TRX to the public. The entity, which calls itself as “TRX Financial Group”, has been using the TRX name and logo in its communications.

The joint venture between Lendlease and TRX City Sdn Bhd is expanding its investment in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), by acquiring an additional 1.2-acre plot of land within the international financial district for a mixed-use development featuring hotel, residential and retail.

The slip road to Jalan Tun Razak from Jalan Sultan Ismail will be experiencing closure as shown in the map. The diversion/closure is to facilitate road upgrading works for the construction of infrastructure for Tun Razak Exchange (“TRX”). The closure and diversion will be carried out continuously from 13th August 2021 to 18th August 2021, 7.00 am to 10.00 pm everyday.

The Restated and Amended Share Sale Agreement (RASSA) for the acquisition of 60% shares in Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd (BMSB) has lapsed on 6 May 2021, since the Conditions Precedent in the agreement have not been fulfilled by the respective parties within the Condition Precedent Period therein.

Part of Jalan Davis will be experiencing obstruction/diversion/closure as shown on the map. The obstruction/diversion/closure is to facilitate the required road digging works to make way for the development of TRX. The works will be carried out continuously from 19th September 2020 to 19th October 2020.

Part of Jalan Tun Razak (Southbound) opposite the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) site will be experiencing obstruction/diversion/closure as shown on the map. The obstruction/diversion/closure is to facilitate repair works to the existing road. The closure and diversion will be carried out for 2 days from 30 May 2020 to 31 May 2020. All southbound traffic will be diverted to Jalan Bukit Bintang-Jalan Imbi-Jalan Sultan Ismail towards the Kampung Pandan roundabout.

Parts of the following roads will be experiencing traffic flow obstructions/diversions/closures as shown in the appended map. The traffic flow obstructions/diversions/closures are to make way for the steel box truss launching to construct a bridge in the TRX development.
