TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRX City), the master developer of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), announced today that it has awarded a major traffic dispersion and improvement contract to Gadang CRFG Consortium Sdn Bhd, valued at RM327,905,000.

TRX City Sdn Bhd would like to announce that the Share Sale Agreement (SSA) entered into on 31 December 2015 with Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd (IWH) and China Railway Engineering Corperation (M) Sdn Bhd (CREC) – who on 21 July 2016 assigned its benefits and responsibilities to IWH CREC Sdn Bhd – regarding the sale of 60% of the issued and paid-up capital of Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, has lapsed.

Part of Jalan Sultan Ismail and exit from SMART tunnel (from Bukit Bintang) will be experiencing traffic flow diversion / road closure starting from 13th August 2016 until 15th August 2016. This diversion / road closure will be executed with immediate effect at the associated locations (Please refer to attached map) to enable the bridge demolition works as well as other works related to the development of infrastructure for Tun Razak Exchange Project (TRX).

This diversion / road closure will be executed in stages to enable bridge demolition works as well as other works related to the development of infrastructure for the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) project.

Part of Jalan Tun Razak (Northbound) will be experiencing traffic flow diversion for five (5) months from 29 June to 30 November 2016. This diversion is to enable the construction of the main drainage system as well as other works related to the development of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

TRX City Sdn Bhd (TRX City), the master developer of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), is inviting contractors to participate in a pre-qualification exercise for a proposed traffic dispersion and improvement to part of Jalan Tun Razak (JTR), and the construction of the TRX ingress and egress. The project will include the construction of JTR – TRX Ingress & Egress (Underground Tunnel); MEX – TRX Ingress (Elevated); SMART – TRX Ingress & Egress (Underground Tunnel); Relocation of Utilities Services; Landscape Work; Flood Gate System; and Traffic Management Control.

Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur’s upcoming international financial district, announced today that it has awarded a major infrastructure package to WCT Berhad, with a contract valued at RM754.8 million. The two-year contract will cover underground road structures, installation of direct buried utilities, at-grade and elevated roadway, as well as associated earthworks and mechanical and electrical works. This follows an earlier award of earthwork contract package in 2013.

Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur’s upcoming international financial district, announced today that Affin Bank Berhad’s new headquarters will be housed on a site located in the district’s Financial Quarter, following the signing of a Sale and Purchase agreement. The plot, earmarked for a 35-storey Prime Grade A office block, will bring the Affin Group’s financial services entities to co-locate under one roof and cater for the Group’s future expansion plans.

Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur’s upcoming international financial district, announced today that it has signed Indonesia’s leading property developer Mulia Group on board to develop its Signature Tower. This follows the signing of the Sale and Purchase agreement between 1MDB Real Estate Sdn Bhd (1MDB RE), the master developer of TRX, and the Mulia Group for the development rights of the plot. The land transaction is valued at RM665 million.
